Penwortham Gala 2009Friday, 1 May 2009 On the 13th & 14th of June we are back in Hurst Grange Park in Penwortham, Near Preston for one of the North West's biggest free events. As usual we will be supplying the sound, light and power distribution for the main-stage and hospitality areas. The weekend will be hosted by Mark Walsh and this year for the first time a team of presenters from our new DJ Division. Robin Kershaw, Joni Pill & Hayden Price will be joining Mark over the course of the two days to introduce the acts and host the games in the arena. Saturday Nights main stage line-up is another big one....
As usual events start on the field from 2pm on Saturday afternoon with a fantastic line-up in the arena and hundreds of stalls from local organisations and charities. William Bedfords funfair will be open all weekend with a great slection of kiddie rides. Sunday sees the Churches of Penwortham unite for a service in the park from 11am. This of course is followed by the fantastic Teddy Bears Picnic & Brass Band Concert. See you in Penwortham soon.....and dont forget it's FREE
